This course, "Center Formation," provides a detailed exploration of the steps involved in forming centers, selecting appropriate locations, appointing key personnel, and understanding re-orientation guidelines. Participants will gain practical skills and insights necessary for successful center formation and management.

The course also covers the DO’s and DON’T’s for efficient and compliant operations. Credit and Background Investigations: Detailed processes for assessing the financial history and background of applicants to ensure they meet the program’s standards.

The learner will be able to identify and define the different components of communication. Through understanding andrelating the performing AO Attributes in the actual work, the learner will be able to understand the essence of effective communication. This module includes specific and concrete examples that will reinforce the learning of concepts and processes of communication. Overall, this training will equip the account officers with the basic concepts of communication and how it is effectively applied in building positive relationships and in managing the PAR.
